考卡達航空實戰面試與英文考題類型

哥那天我面試那天是星期六，當天我早上大約 07:35 左右到飯店上樓後，一堆人在排隊，我大約是第 42 人，大約 07:30 左右可以進場面試
進會場入座如相片所示，在會議廳一排一排的椅子，沒輸到的考生可以先休息一下。
這次大五星飯店後，沒有人擠人。也沒有向上次從地下室排到２樓，卡達面試小組有在進步。
我就找個位置坐下，有位置後我就直深呼吸助調整心情。9 點回到考場.
我的考官是女的，像是馬來西亞又有點像印度人，她很準時的出現在會場，自我介紹後知道考官叫 Cindy ，然後我們開始做 Briefing，
簡單的交談後，順利拿到白紙條。
以下是大致的開頭對話，我一直保時笑容。練了很久的親切眼神！

Me: good morning! Thank you for this opportunity.

Interviewer: Welcome. Let’s begin—walk me through your resume and why Qatar interests you.
Me: Currently, I work as a Sales Assistant, and I’m a warm, outgoing person who loves continuous learning. In my free time, I enjoy sports and listening to music—I’m easy to get along with and always bring positive energy to my team.
I’m deeply drawn to Qatar Airways’ reputation for excellence ...... it aligns perfectly with my passion for connecting with people across cultures.

Interviewer: How would you handle a delayed project due to Eid holidays and client pressure?

Me: I’d proactively adjust timelines before Eid, aligning with local customs.

Me: At this moment, I don’t have any specific questions. If given the opportunity to join, I’m eager to learn more through firsthand experience and training

「優先下機」是常見情境。"disembark" 專指「離開交通工具」；"board/embark" 為登機；"leave" 語意過於籠統。

卡達航空規定考生要能摸高到 212 cm，排隊後一次讓一位考生摸高，兩位考官監督，我們要脫鞋，但可以墊腳喔，因此可以摸更高，難度不太大，男考生是不可墊腳的，但是呀不用脫鞋，是可以穿鞋摸高的。

摸高完後呢，考官會開始詢問我們身體上有沒有疤痕，如果有考官會在光源下給他看疤痕長什麼樣子。我發現這關刷掉不少人，我觀察在摸高
時候，女考官就在觀察我的儀態、然後借機聞我身上的味道，我身邊有韓國女生飛到台北來考試，她擦很重的香水沒有過關，之後考官會觀察皮膚狀況好不好，她對我手上的小傷口看了一眼，問這是什麼？我說是蚊子釘的，很快就好了，我有過，我看到有人長痘痘即使摸高過了，她還是被這一關沒過。

雖然卡達在2025年發佈刺青只要有制服可以掩蓋住，是可以容許進入卡達就職，但我覺的還是要看卡達面試人員的態度。有刺青要不要告知考官，問我也不知道。看妳你自己吧。

基本工資：約 1,500–2,500 卡達幣（QAR）元/月）。
飛行津貼：按飛行小時計算，每小時約 50–100 QAR。每月飛行時數通常為 80–100 小時，此部分收入可達 4,000–10,000 QAR元）。
其他補貼：包含住房津貼（或公司提供住宿）、交通津貼、餐補等。
新手空服員：約 8,000–12,000 QAR/月
資深空服員/座艙長：可達 15,000 QAR 元以上
以上台幣在 70000-85000 飛久了或長班領十萬是可以的 (但也會累到不行)
免稅薪資：卡達無個人所得稅，實際到手收入較高。
免費住宿：公司通常提供公寓或發放住房津貼。
年度機票：免費或折扣機票（本人及直系親屬）。
醫療保險：醫療福利。
合約獎金：飛到合約期有額外獎金。


1. 線上申請Online Application
填寫資料：在卡達航空官網或合作招聘平台提交申請，需上傳英文履歷、全身與半身照。
篩選：HRM 部門會審核履歷與照片，看起來不能兇，通過者會收到信件邀請來台灣現場面試。

初試（Open Day, OD）
現場報名：考生參加現場面試，上次是在板橋面試（攜帶履歷、照片）。
簡短面談：考官詢問基本問題（如應徵動機、對卡達航空的瞭解）。通過者進入下一輪（通常當場告知或簡訊）。

複試
Assessment Day, AD
小組討論：6-8人一組，討論情境題（如乘客衝突、服務問題），卡達考官來自各國，會觀察我們溝通能力與團隊合作能力。
英語筆試：包括閱讀、文法測驗及短文寫作。
角色扮演：模擬客人與空服員互動，評估我們的應對技巧與態度，要笑不要臭臉
個人面試：深入詢問工作經驗、抗壓能力、文化適應力等。
Final Interview
一對一問答：高階主管或資深空服員進行，問題可能包含：
為何選擇卡達航空？
如何處理困難乘客？
對卡達文化與伊斯蘭習俗的瞭解？
長期職涯規劃等。
檢查考生的形象，是不是確認為卡達航空要的型，這部份找瑞秋老師教的一定沒有錯
會檢查妝容、髮型、指甲等，有無刺青等。

最後有體檢與背景調查Medical Check & Background Check
體檢：含視力、聽力、血液檢測等。良民証查：驗證學歷、工作經歷及犯罪紀錄。
受訓時長為8-10週，在杜哈空服員訓練中心　（會學習到很多東東，如內容含安全程序、服務流程、文化適應等），通過後正式簽約。
合約如圖所示１
