以下是收到國泰面試的信件通知，該準備的東西別忘了帶護照等。
好接下來就準備去飯店面試囉




以下是 (Melissa )國泰應試流程分享.

這次面試的飯店在台北內湖 維多利亞酒店外觀



進到酒店大廳後可以看到不少戰友在大廳坐著等待，快到面試時再上電梯進到會場
進入會場時還需在面試走道等待面試，如圖所示.


早到的人可以在Lobby處等待，有椅子可坐，維多利亞酒店給我的感覺很注重客人隱密.


出了電梯右轉，立即可以看到由LED螢幕指引面試會場，空服員面試在３樓 .
進入面試會場後必需按規定不可以拍攝.


大約說一下面試流程.
1.收到面試信件後前往大廳等待，檢查英文成績與學歷証明 .

2.進行身高要摸到標記208cm .
(每20分鐘開放一個場次)
一次面試的組別，我那組是12人，9女3男.



3.會場是類似簡報室，有一個桌子，大家依序入場後坐好，桌子一邊6人，對面6人.

4.去飛後我才知道我那組面試官是 Inflight Service Manager ，新人到了國泰後見到了外套跟裙子都是黑色就要非常小心那是 Inflight Service Manager .　（去了國泰才知道很多事，國泰是非常講究倫理，在組員車上都是前面先下，後面後下，不會有坐在後面的組員搶先下）

5.面試官(女) 請我們開始自我介紹至12人結束.

6.接下來面試官對我們進行 Group discussion，我們分為二組正反方，左6人一組, 右6人一組 .

7.考官開始出團討題目，題目寫在卡片紙.

8.我的這組考題題目
During this visit to Taiwan for the interview, could you recommend some attractions for us to visit after it's over?
這次來台灣面試，結束後可以推薦我們去那些景點?"

其它組團考題討題 What improvements can be made to enhance customer satisfaction when a customer complains about unsatisfactory customer support service?
客人抱怨服務不滿意可以那做那些改善? "

其它組的考題題目 Plan a family vacation for 5 days and 4 nights.
規劃一個家庭假期5天4夜"

類似像以上這樣的考題，主要是讓我們可以相亙的討論，有些比較激動的考生第二輪就沒有再看到，真的要注意口氣一定要輕柔.

之前練習過，知道會有正反方題目，老師也請我們練習類似題目，深知考官是在觀察符合這行業的人，我覺的無論是正方反方這沒有好壞，努力的表達自己的語文能力即可.

9.第一輪面試結束，結束後面試官請大家提出想問的問題.

10.筆 試 : 中英翻譯，我覺的不會太難.

11.決選一對一.
也是會議室，考官有6位，有Inflight Service Manager, Senior Purser, HR manager等.
考官有我手上的CV，問題大都是拿我的CV問，我的履歷有寫到打工，大學就讀理工科等等.




6位考官對我的提問大致如下
Can you tell me about a time when you faced a challenge? What has inspired you?
Why did you choose to study science and technology in university?
Why did you choose Cathay Pacific?
Have you traveled abroad? How do you handle stress?
Are you independent enough?
Can you tell me about something that makes you angry?
What are your future plans after joining Cathay Pacific?

考官針對我打工，請我說出遇到困難? 讓我感動的事! 請我說大學理工科學什麼? 為什麼選國泰 ? 出過國嗎去那? 覺的自己抗壓力如何等等足足被問了快40分鐘，真的感覺好久。面試完後約一個月接到體檢

我都在懷疑考官有沒有再聽
如果妳從來沒有參加過團討也不用緊張
只要英文詞句夠用，順著別人的話說，再轉換成自己的意思就可以了
笑笑笑，輕聲細語就可以了

團討情境大概是這樣進行

Examiner: Good morning, candidates, and welcome to the Cathay Pacific Airways interview. Today, we will simulate a scenario and ask you to share your solutions.
Scenario: A passenger traveling with Cathay Pacific is dissatisfied with the service. As a flight attendant, how would you handle and improve the situation?
我們開始用英文回答 , 但我聽到另一組是全中文進行團討
Ａ． First, I would remain calm and sincerely apologize to the passenger, understanding the reason for their dissatisfaction.
Ｂ． I would listen carefully to their complaint and express understanding for their feelings. I believe I can resolve the issue.
Ｃ． I think offering compensation would be appropriate. We would also assure them that we are committed to improvement.
Ｄ． I would first consider the situation from the passenger's perspective. I would ask for details about their experience and would also relay their feedback to the company for service improvement.
Ｅ． I would analyze the reason for the passenger's dissatisfaction. If it's due to service attitude, I would enhance my service awareness. If it's related to meals or equipment malfunction, I would identify the root cause and resolve it.
Ｆ． I would report the passenger's feedback to the company and suggest improvements, such as strengthening training or upgrading onboard equipment.

解釋一下FA FP SP IM 是什麼意思
FA - Flight attendant 空服員
FP - Flight Purser 事務長
SP - Senior Purser 高級事務長
IM - Inflight Manager 經理機上最大的阿姐

說到飛時津貼
跟以前比福利現在差很多
建議新人每個月能夠飛到90小時以上的飛行時數，這時再加上外站津貼，那月收入可以達到台幣6-7萬。但一般我們底薪是根據飛行時數計算。以國泰航空底薪為9,100，再加上70小時的飛行時數，相當於每小時時薪130。自己換算一下我要每個月至少需要額外飛行20-30小時，並且要連同外站津貼，才能達到6-7萬台幣月薪！尤其香港物價高，房租很可怕的貴！
國泰以前真的比較好。

此題是出現在外商空姐考試，出現率最多的考古題，曾出現在全日空，新加玻航空，國泰航空，卡達，阿酋，亞航等各大外商航空公司.
採用團討的好處是航空公司，可以很快的消化千人以上的面試人員，結省面試時間。如果報名人數在一定的可消化範圍內，如台北，首爾，有時會取消團體討論，其策略在網路審核與視訊面試時，就先進行了大量的篩選，而全日空在台灣招募仍維持了團討的流程。
這麼多航空公司會用團體討論來甄選考生，主要目的是可以在團體討論時，了解考生的溝通能力、解決問題和合作能力。我們建議在團體討論中，考生應該積極參與，表達自己的觀點，並且注意聆聽其他人的意見。此外，考生還應注意溝通技巧，包括表達、尊重他人，以展現出團隊溝通能力，獲得考官的青睞。
最後航空公司考官會要求，一組推出一位代表做總結，其目的是什麼？
目的是為了評估考生在整個討論過程中，該組是否有良好的溝通技巧和能力，並提出具體的建議或決策方案，以便整個團體能夠達成共識。
藉此找出那位考生是帶頭的人！這代表有好也有壞的意義，好的意義是找出了有領導能力的考生，負面意義是在團體中，原來帶頭的人是你！在以往的經驗告訴我們，總結的考生，有錄取也有沒錄取，表達上遵循上述的要點即可過關。
