我會先保持冷靜，不要跟客人發生言語衝突。
我也會先聆聽客人的抱怨，讓客人感受到我是關心他的。
再來確認這位客人在想什麼需要什麼需求，想看看可不可以提供解決方法
如果無法解決問題，我會向事務長請求協助
